Shipping, Refunds, and Returns

At No Worries Manufacturing, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items in
accordance with the terms below.
Return Eligibility
– Timeframe: Returns accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
– Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Modified, damaged, or
worn items are not eligible.
– Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Return Process
1. Contact Us: Email sales@noworriesmfg.com or call (208) 946-7614 to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA).
2. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the items in original packaging.
3. Ship To: No Worries Manufacturing, 4131 Upper Pack River Road, Sandpoint ID, 83864
Return Shipping Costs
– Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective), the customer
covers return shipping.
– Prepaid Labels: If a prepaid label is issued, the cost will be deducted from the refund unless the return is
due to our error.
Refunds
– Processing Time: Refunds processed within 5 business days after receipt and inspection.
– Method: Refunded to the original payment method.
– Exclusions: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
– Custom-cut L Track or other made-to-order items.
– Clearance or final sale products.
